In episode 17 of the podcast series Figure It, I spoke with host Fiona Mullen about a workshop we co-organised last November with the Cyprus Peace and Dialogue Centre (CPDC), in which we explored whether (a) a deliberative process, such as a citizens’ assembly, could be used to design a future peace process for Cyprus; and (b) creative practices, such as a pre-assembly inter-species council, might help to activate the imagination of members of such an assembly.
